  • How large is your service area, and does distance impact pricing?

    Our official service area is anywhere within a 15-mile radius of Asheville. Customers within that service area will not be charged based on distance traveled.

  • Will you service customers beyond that service area?

    Yes, on a case by case basis. For longer distances, we may factor in a small additional charge that we will communicate to you before you make a decision on which junk removal service you will select.

  • I need to make a decision on which junk removal service you will select. What kinds of items do you remove?

    Pretty much anything—aside from hazardous materials like paint. That includes everything from chairs, couches and TVs to hot tubs, pianos and large items. If you have a question about whether we can remove something from your house or property, please contact us.

  • Some companies won’t remove items in certain areas of our house/building. Do you have a similar policy?

    Absolutely not. When we work with a customer, we’re committed to providing full service. If that means climbing into an attic, a crawlspace or even an abandoned house to get the job done, we’ll do it.

  • Do you remove paint or oil?

    In most cases, we do not remove paint or oils from customer properties. However, depending on the size of need, we can refer you to a preferred partner who specializes in paint removal, or we can provide specific DIY instructions for you to do it safely.

  • Do you charge hidden fees?

    Absolutely not. We greatly value transparency. Before we begin any project, we will always disclose the full price of the work required. No junk fees, no hidden costs, no surprises. However, if a job requires more work than initially anticipated and prices, we will always communicate to you any changes to cost.
